It's time for a skateboard design contest with the people over at Popdeck. The Threadless of skateboard design, Popdeck is a website that allows users submit and vote on designs with the winner getting a cash prize and their entry made into a limited-edition board.

The online skate spot directory SkateSpotter.com is having another big give away for the holiday season. SkateSpotter lets you search for skate spots, skateparks and skate shops. You can also view or upload videos and photos or comment on spots.

This special holiday package giveaway will include a Tactics deck, Indy trucks, and Bones wheels of the winners choice - along with a pair of Emerica shoes of their choice and an Independent hoodie. The total value of the package is around $225. The contest runs from November 15th to December 15th, and the winner will be notified on December 16th, just in time to receive this setup for the holidays.
